Most of our western boots run true to size, but we recommend checking the specific brand's size chart. If you are between sizes, we suggest ordering a half-size down as leather naturally stretches and molds to your foot over time.
What is your return policy for footwear?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn boots in their original packaging. To be eligible for a full refund, the outsoles must be free of scuffs or marks; we recommend trying your boots on a carpeted surface.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days within the continental United States. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for those who need their boots sooner.
Are your boots made from genuine leather?
Yes, Texas Boot Ranch specializes in high-quality, authentic materials. Our collection features 100% genuine cowhide, as well as exotic leathers like ostrich, caiman, and lizard, sourced from reputable tanneries.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our ranch to reach international customers soon. Please note that customs duties may apply to Canadian orders.
How should I care for my new leather boots?
To prolong the life of your boots, we recommend regular cleaning with a damp cloth and conditioning with a high-quality leather balm every 3-6 months to prevent cracking and maintain the leather's luster.
