What is your return policy for boots?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn boots in their original packaging. Please ensure you try your boots on a carpeted surface to avoid scuffing the outsoles, as we cannot accept returns on boots with visible wear or damage.
How long does shipping take within Texas and the US?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST are processed the same day. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout if you need your gear sooner.
Are your leather products authentic?
Absolutely. Texas Boot Ranch only stocks 100% authentic leather and exotic skins. We partner directly with reputable manufacturers to ensure every pair of boots and every belt meets our high standards for quality and craftsmanship.
Do you offer boot repair or resoling services?
Currently, we do not offer in-house repair services. However, we have a list of recommended master cobblers across Texas that we trust to handle high-quality western footwear repairs.
Can I exchange my boots for a different style?
Yes, we make exchanges easy. Simply initiate an exchange through our online portal within 30 days of purchase, and we will provide a prepaid shipping label to get your new pair out to you as quickly as possible.
