Returns & Exchanges

At Texas Boot Ranch, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your boots don't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in unworn, original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back and choose between a refund or an exchange.

  Package Your Boots

  Place the unworn boots back in their original branded box and secure them inside a separate shipping carton to ensure the product packaging remains undamaged during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it firmly to the outside of your shipping box, ensuring any old shipping labels are fully covered or removed.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier at any authorized drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
